A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Stopped in on a Sunday morning around 10am as a walk-in and were seated immediately — which felt like we beat the clock. They can’t serve alcohol before 11 (only on Sunday), and right as that hour approached we looked outside and saw a line forming around the corner. Timing is everything. I do recommend arriving before 11 just to experience the way they mark the turn of the hour. We ordered the Dulce De Leche Belgian Waffles and the O.G. Breakfast Sandwich, plus the spiced lavender mocha. Both dishes were incredible. The waffles had the perfect texture — crisp on the outside, soft inside — and paired with the dulce de leche and whipped cream, it was a great balance of sweet without going overboard. The breakfast sandwich was just as strong. The bacon jam absolutely makes it — savory, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor. The spiced lavender mocha is clearly their signature for a reason. Unique without being gimmicky, and genuinely delicious. The only hiccup was that the coffees took about 25 minutes. But here’s the thing — our server removed them from the bill without us even asking. That’s how you handle service. Attentive, proactive, and professional. Great food, strong service, and clearly a brunch spot people line up for. Would absolutely go back."
"Been here twice a year for dinner since 2022. I recommend it to anyone who say they’re going to Sav. They are accommodating of my disability and dietary needs, the service is consistently incredible, and the food is so good it makes you close your eyes and lean back in your seat. And it’s so predictably good that I always forget to get a picture before the first bite. This latest time, our server, James, was especially good. Great recommendations and so helpful. Can’t believe I didn’t give them 5 stars three years ago but doing it now! I hope this place stays open forever."
"We came for brunch and had a lovely experience. The ambience is great, the seating quick though we got there before the 10am rush and the service impeccable. Prince Eli was amazing, made everything sound so enticing and appetizing. The swine time Beni is truly a “life changing experience” to quote our server, Prince Eli. Delicious pulled pork on a brioche French toast, topped with a lovely poached egg and hollandaise. My husband had the breakfast burrito that he enjoyed with fries. The spiced lavender mocha was exceptional. Allergens and food restrictions are clearly listed on the menu and it was easy to navigate."
"This was a first visit for me and my daughter. We got caught in two slow-downs on the way into Savannah and the hostess was kind enough to change our reservation so we could still dine there. The place was packed and the tables are extremely close. It made it hard not to hear others conversations and vice versa. Still it has a relaxed feel to it. Our server Cooper, was attentive without being intrusive and an absolute delight! The drink he recommended is on the drink menu I've posted. The man with the gumdrop buttons. It was the perfect cocktail for a cold evening and if you like ginger and cloves. My steak Tartar starter was a much larger portion than expected and delicious! I would have loved more of the wonderful fried Capers to play off the mild flavors of the steak. My daughter ordered the mussels and the flavor was exquisite and the mussels tender! I would highly recommend them. However, the beef Ragu was not at all as expected. While it was seasoned nicely, it was alot of cheese covering dry pasta with little short rib meat or sauce. I left half the pasta after picking out what little meat I could find. We will try this place again next visit and see what their lunch is like."
"We had breakfast for my wife’s 50th birthday at The Collins Quarter, and it was nothing short of exceptional as usual. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming—but what truly made the morning unforgettable was the personal touch. The “King” himself surprised my wife with a special champagne toast to honor her milestone birthday. It was thoughtful, genuine, and made her feel truly celebrated. A moment we’ll never forget. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. Every dish we ordered was outstanding, from the first bite to the last. You can tell the kitchen takes great pride in both quality and creativity."
"This was our first time visiting this café — I found it online, and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and delicious everything was. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was amazing: tables close to the road, people walking by, creating a lively tourist vibe that paired perfectly with the beautiful food and pleasant service. I ordered salmon, and the kids ordered burgers with fries — and even the kids were absolutely thrilled with the food. The fries were especially good. Later we tried fruit and a dessert inspired by Dubai chocolate with ice cream — a must-try. It’s very sweet, but even though I usually don’t like sweets, it was delicious. I also had a lavender coffee (can’t remember the exact name), and it was outstanding."
"This was my husband’s and my first time in Savannah, Georgia, and we wanted to find an exceptional brunch spot. Our experience here was truly Michelin-level! A special shout-out to "The King" Prince Eli, who provided outstanding customer service and excellent recommendations. He checked in on us multiple times and explained each menu item with such care that we wanted to try everything he suggested. We ended up enjoying the Monarch Mimosa, Espresso Martini, Bloody Mary, the Salmon Hollandaise, and the Short Rib — and every choice was incredible. The service, attention to detail, and overall experience were truly elite. I highly recommend visiting and asking for Prince Eli — he will take excellent care of you!"
"We had the BEST TIME at Collins Quarter celebrating our girls trip and birthday! The food was incredible, the flavor was so rich and the portions size were perfect! Grace, our server was so kind and lovely, she was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food menu and made great recommendations! We can’t wait to go back and maybe we will be lucky enough to have her amazing service again ps. The food was so delicious we devoured it before we could get a picture"
